Cheryl is a Master Therapeutic Counsellor (MTC) and is trained in multiple therapeutic modalities to effectively support a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns:

What You Can Expect

Beginning therapy can feel uncertain - our goal is to ease you into the process. During your first session, you’ll meet with the therapist who listens closely, respects your experiences, and works collaboratively to define your goals. Together, we’ll develop a plan tailored to your needs and preferences.

Our therapeutic approach draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, EMDR, mindfulness-based approaches, and more. We customize each journey based on what best supports your growth and resilience.
