Do You Offer Direct Billing?
Most insurance companies now offer direct billing, whether its online or by mail.
There are some exceptions, but if your plan offers it, we can do it.
What Are Your Clinic Policies?
Unless prior arrangements have been made, services must be paid for at the time they are provided.
Fees are subject to change.
CANCELLATIONS: In order to provide quality service to our patients we require 8 hours notice for all cancellations. This ensures the treatment room that a patient reserves is available for them.
NO-SHOWS: Any no-shows may be charged the regular visit fee at the clinic's discretion.
Expectations of our Clients
All clients of Glenwood Sport & Spine are expected to treat our employees, other clients and visitors with the utmost respect and dignity while on company property. We strictly forbid discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, colour, national origin, religion, creed, sex, age, physical, mental or developmental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, political ideology or any other reason.
The following will not be tolerated:
- Physical violence;
- Verbal abuse;
- Profanity;
- Any form of harassment;
- Intimidation tactics and/or making threats.
