Your first appointment with us is focused on understanding the root cause of your discomfort and building a clear, personalized path to recovery. Whether you're seeking care for a sports injury, chronic pain, or overall mobility, our team is here to make your onboarding process as seamless and comfortable as possible.
To expedite the process, consider completing our New Patient Intake Form prior to your appointment.

What to Expect
To provide you with the highest standard of care, we operate under a strict one-on-one treatment model.
-
Undivided Professional Attention: Your assessment and all treatments are conducted directly with your practitioner. Our clinic does not utilize assistants to direct your care.
-
Private Treatment Rooms: All consultations, examinations, and therapies are performed in quiet, private treatment rooms to ensure your complete comfort and confidentiality.
-
Comprehensive Evaluation: Your practitioner will review your health history, perform an assessment, and discuss a treatment plan. If clinically indicated, diagnostic imaging options will be discussed.
Note for MVA & WCB Patients: If you're visiting us for a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) or Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) claim, your assessment will take between 40 to 60 minutes. This allows our team to complete a thorough physical diagnosis and assist you with the necessary insurance paperwork.
Tailored Assessments
Our approach begins with a full assessment. Based on your condition, we may recommend the following therapies:
- Chiropractic
- Physiotherapy
- Shockwave Therapy
- Massage Therapy
- Acupuncture
You can learn more on our Services page.

Claim Details (If Applicable): For work-related (WCB) or car accident (MVA) injuries, please bring your claim number, date of injury, and insurance adjuster's contact details.
