Frequently Asked Questions (Pricing & Policies)
- Do I need a doctor’s referral? No. Chiropractors, physiotherapists, and massage therapists are primary health providers in Alberta; you do not require a referral to seek treatment. Note: Some specific insurance policies require a note for reimbursement — please check with your provider.
- What if I was in a car accident or hurt at work? We accept both Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims and WCB claims. Please inform our front desk when booking so we can guide you through the specific paperwork required.
- What is your cancellation policy? We require 8 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the opening to patients waiting for care. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
